Maca Energy Bites

This no-bake snack that take about 5 minutes to make and won't heat up your kitchen. These bites include 2 of my favorite phytoestrogens - maca and flaxseed meal - which over time can help balance estrogen levels. maca has been shown to support energy, libido, bone health, cognitive function and even hot flashes. You can find maca in a gelatinized powder form on Fullscript (via my website) or at your local natural market.

  • 1/2 cup Almond Butter (raw)
