Welcome to your goddess years, girlfriend! Now that you are in your 40s, 50s or 60s, your body is going through transformative changes that require new strategies to thrive. These changes can feel nerve-wracking especially when they are accompanied by weight gain, anxiety and mood swings, poor sleep, digestive issues, loss of focus and energy or menopausal symptoms like night-sweats and hot flashes. That’s why educating, empowering and truly NOURISHING and CARING for yourself is so important right now - so you can rock your hormones and age beautifully with more energy, joy and lightness.

You can make this time one of the greatest experiences in your life.

This 6-week small group program is geared for women over 40 and beyond who are ready to get off the diet roller coaster and make lifelong, sustainable changes. And the best part is you don’t have to do it alone. Educational handouts and videos will be provided each week so you can learn how to add in nourishment and self-care to boost metabolism, energy and stable mood. You will learn which nutrients and foods are essential for hormone balance and how to easily incorporate them into your everyday life. Each week, we will meet virtually for additional support and to connect, learn and celebrate one another’s successes. Oh… and have fun! And you are the CEO of your experience. Each week YOU decide which steps to integrate into your daily life.

PROGRAM CURRICULUM

To get ramped up, you will set your personal goals for your 6-week experience and begin to regain control of your domain by kicking the C.R.A.P. out of your kitchen.

Week 1: RESCUE your hormones

In Week 1, you will focus on recalibrating your body's sugar control circuits to increase your energy and vitality. This will help you reclaim your key nutrients, crowd out your habit foods like uber-processed food products and inflammatory oils, reconnect with your physical hunger levels and begin burning fuel from real foods and missing nutrients. Key areas of focus: nutrients for midlife, hormone haters

Week 2: REPLENISH the goddess within

You’ll learn how to create a Thrive Plate that provides you with nourishment and joy and allows you to eat in or eat out, at the office or on the road. We will dial in to the power of self-love and body peace - two elements often missing or depleted in women in midlife. Key areas of focus: proportions over portions, connecting with personal needs

Week 3: RESET your metabolism

You’ll get your metabolism revving through adequate protein and building muscle and resilience. You will be empowered to regain your control over cravings and tame your sugar monster. Key areas of focus: blood sugar management, insulin sensitivity

Week 4: RECLAIM digestion + detoxification

You will add in foods and nutrients to support gut and liver function which are both critical to hormone balance. You will learn about blockers to adequate digestion and gut superfoods and discover ways to nourish yourself BEYOND food. Key areas of focus: digestion, detoxification

Week 5: RESTORE energy and vibrancy

Through plant-based fats and healing foods, you can upend the inflammaging process and recover your “juiciness”. Dive into better sleep to unlock healthy weight, hormone balance and energy. Key areas of focus: inflammation, energy

Week 6: REPAIR the effects of stress + aging. Learn + adopt natural strategies to rebalance stress and calm cortisol production through mindfulness, herbal remedies and true self-care. Key area of focus: stress, cortisol

Post-Program: RECLAIM your magic. You’ll identify how to keep the magic going for you. You’ll discover monthly and weekly visioning along with identifying your personal superhero actions.
