What does the program include?

  • Time2Thrive Nutrition Guidelines for Resetting + Rebalancing Your Metabolism: Ways to Nourish Your Inner Goddess

  • 6 Weeks of Meal Plans with shopping lists + meal planning tips

  • 6 Modules containing over 50 educational handouts, resources and videos

  • Weekly virtual support sessions. If you can’t attend one or more support sessions, don’t fear they will be recorded and shared after the gathering

  • Private online community for additional support + sharing

What does the 6-week Time2Thrive meal plan look like?

For six weeks, you can choose to follow the amazingly delicious, flexible and simple plant-rich meal plans which focuses on leafy and crunchy vegetables, clean plant and animal proteins, slow complex carbs, healthy fats, nourishing teas and midlife superfoods. The plans will not include potentially hormone-hating foods such as gluten, dairy, processed sugar, alcohol and fake foods. By including a weekly shopping trip and prep day, participants can expect to spend about 15-20 extra minutes each day preparing their meals. A two-week vegetarian plan is also provided for those who have adopted a no-meat lifestyle.

Nutrition guidelines and simple meal ideas are also provided for each week of the program for those who prefer to do their own thing and simply use the meal plans for inspiration.

What happens at the weekly support sessions?

Six weekly sessions give you the opportunity to dive deeper as a group into some of the topics and actions that are part of recovering your hormone balance. You can ask any questions about the nutrition and self-care information you are learning, share your successes and challenges and support (and be supported by) each other. Some topics we may cover include discovering the right hormone-balancing eating approach for you (you are unique!), eating timing and fasting, using mindful eating.to get unstuck from your relationship with food and herbs and supplements to help support your transition from perimenopause through post-menopause. If you miss a session, don’t sweat it. We will miss you but the recording and materials will be available to you following the session.

In between sessions the work is mostly up-to-you with the support of a judgment-free private online community as well as daily journaling.
